摘要
以就业为导向,培养学生的社会适应能力,是各类教育的基本出发点和重要任务。对于高职院校来说,培养学生的社会适应能力更是义不容辞的职责。能否不断提高高职生的社会适应能力,既直接影响学生的就业,也关系到高职院校自身的生存与发展。本文针对高职学生社会适应能力的培养,提出“三结合、分阶段”的培养模式。
Job-orientation and social adaptability are the basic starting point and important task of different educations. To improve students' social adaptability is a bounden duty to higher vocational colleges. Good social adaptability not only has a great impact on students' employment but also colleges' survival and development. With a view to improving students' social adaptability, this article puts forward a cultivating mode of "Three Combinations, Different Stages".
