摘要 随着高速公路建设的迅速发展,安全问题逐渐成为人们关注的热点,高速公路应急反应系统成为解决高速公路交通事故的核心系统。在高速公路应急反应系统事故管理子系统的构成和功能分析的基础上。引入了智能控制理论的重要分支——专家系统。结合事故管理子系统的控制特点和专家系统的相应功能,构建了事故管理专家决策系统,对其基本框架和系统结构进行了简要的说明。希望在实际运行中能达到充分发挥事故管理子系统功能的目的。 The security issue is turning hotter to people with the rapid development of highways. The highway emergency response system becomes the core system in solving highway traffic accidents . In this paper, the author presents, on the basic of the composition and function analysis of the accident management subsystem, an important branch of intelligent control theory---expert system. According to the control features of the accident management subsystem and the corresponding function of the expert system, the expert decision-making system of accident management is built. The paper briefs its basic framework and the system structure in hope of full use the functions of the accident management subsystem in practical operation.
