摘要
以青岛大剧院工程地下室抗浮锚杆施工为例,分析在不同的地质情况下抗浮锚杆的施工难点,介绍在基岩面或土层较薄区域选用较为先进的荷兰进口设备汤姆洛克直接成孔的方法:在土层较厚区域先选用地质钻机,后改用MG—100B型钻机在基岩中成孔;在岩石破碎带区域采用辅助钢套筒成孔;在地下水位较高区域采用降水井降水成孔的锚杆施工方法,实践证明:上述方法提高了工效,缩短了工期,降低了施工成本,并达到了设计要求.
According to the engineering example of anti-float anchor pole construction in Qingdao Theater basement, the paper analyzes construction difficulties of anti-float anchor pole in different geologic situations, on bedrock surface or in thin area of soil strata, Tom locker, a advanced equipment imported from Holand, is used to direct forming the pore in the construction. MG-100B Drilling machine is adopted in thick soil strata to form pore at bedrock, assistant steel sleeve adopted to form pore in rock fragmentation areas; anchor pile construction method is used to precipitate pore in high water table area;the practice of the methods mentioned above all enhances work efficiency, shortens time limit, reduces construction cost and reach design standard.
