摘要
2002~2006年,对倒刺鲃的性腺发育和人工繁殖技术进行研究。了解到倒刺鲃属于分批产卵型,相对怀卵量为10-12粒/g,采用混合激素催产,其中以PC+LRH-A2+DOM试验组效果较为理想。试验共获苗55.3万尾,在25-30℃的水温下,效应时间为18~2,4h,平均催产率为73.7%,平均受精率为69.6%,受精卵经34h出膜,48h仔鱼开始平游,孵化率为66.6%。
This paper conducted the researeh on the artificial propagation technology and the gonads development of Spinibarbus denticulatus since 2002 to 2006. The mature fish could spawn surely more than one time and the mean relative fecundity 10 - 12 eggs/g. The mixed hormones were injected into fish and the testing group of PG + LRH-A2 + DOM was better. 5.53×10^5 fry was obtain in four years. Effective time was 16 - 24 h at 25 - 30℃ and the average spawning rate was 73.7%. The average fertilization rate was 69.6%, the time of embryonic development was 34h and the newly hatched larva started to swim in 48h,the average hatching rate was 66.6 %.
