摘要
遵循国际电工委员会制定的IEC61970公共信息模型CIM所定义的电力设备模型和图形拓扑结构模型,构建了地区电网设备图元及图元敏感区域,提出了基于CIM建模的电网拓扑分析的快速算法,实现在绘制网络接线图的同时完成设备连接关系节支矩阵的建立。根据CIM模型构建了地区电网专家系统知识库,并研究设计了专家系统推理机,实现了智能生成操作票。通过某地区电网运行,得到很高的出票正确率,提高了操作票开票效率。
Based on the power equipment model and topology model which are defined by IEC61970 Common Information Model ( CIM), the graphic element of regional grid equipment and the sensitive range of the graphic element are obtained. The quick CIM-based algorithm for grid topology analysis is proposed, and the branch-node matrix for e- quipment connection relations can be developed together with the drawing of the network wiring scheme. An expert knowledge bank and the inference mechanism are constructed based on CIM, and the intelligent operation order generation system is developed. Practice shows that the order generation system is accurate and improves ordering efficiency.
