秋水仙碱(COM)诱发小鼠骨髓细胞C-有丝分裂效应的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文以101/E1和C3H/E1的杂种第一代小鼠为材料,一次性腹腔注射秋水仙碱(COM)后,于不同时间取材,观察分析了小鼠骨髓细胞有丝分裂指数(MI)和C-有丝分裂的变化。结果表明:COM处理后2小时,MI和C-有丝分裂均已达到最高;并随处理时间延长而降低;至18小时,MI已降到(1mg/kg)或显著低于(3mg/kg)对照水平,而C-有丝分裂仍显著高于对照组。并对COM影响MI的可能机制以及C-有丝分裂效应与非整倍体诱导活性之间的关系进行了讨论。 Colcemid (COM) was tested for induction of increase of mitotic indices (MI) and c-mito-tic effects in bone marrow celis of male(101/E 1×C 3 H/E 1) F1 mice post single injection (i.p.). The doses of 1 mg/kg of COM were used and sampled at 2,6,10,14 and 18 hour. At 2 h post COM treatment, the MI and c-mitotic effect reached the highest, then decreased from 6 h to 18 h. At 18 h, the Mis decreased to (1 mg/kg) or significaatly below(3 mg/kg) the control level respectively; whereas, the corresponding frequencies of cells in class C-E were still significantly higher than in the controls. The possible mechanism by which COM induces increase of MI and the correalation between c-mitotic effects and induction of aneupoidy were discussed.
