摘要
将三维电极应用于油田含聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)模拟污水的处理,研究了影响三维电极去除PAM模拟污水COD效果的因素,得到了三维电极去除PAM模拟污水COD的最佳条件,在最佳条件下三维电极对0.1%的PAM模拟污水COD去除率达到91.42%,可使污水中PAM浓度由1000.0mg/L降低到46.86mg/L,降粘率达到93.1%。说明三维电极电化学方法对PAM有较好的降解效果。
A three dimensional electrode is used to simulate the treatment of oilfield waste water containing polyacrylamide(PAM). The factors influencing the effect of COD removal from PAM waste water are studied. The optimal condition of COD removal from simulated PAM waste water is obtained. Under optimal conditions, the removal rate of COD is 91.42% for 0.1% PAM simulated waste water, by which PAM concentration is reduced to 46.86 mg/L from 1000.0 mg/L. Viscosity reduction is up to 93.1%. it shows that 3D electrochemical method has better degrading effect of PAM.
