摘要
目的研究淮山药中多糖的最佳提取方法。方法以淮山药多糖的总糖含量为指标,采用正交实验法,对提取水浴温度、提取时间、加入蒸馏水量进行优选考察,确定最佳提取条件。结果影响淮山药总多糖含量的显著因素为提取温度,最佳提取工艺为加入1∶60体积比的蒸馏水置于80℃水浴中提取6h。结论本实验为淮山药多糖提取工艺的确定提供了依据。
Objective:To choose the optimal extraction technology of polysaccharide (a polysaccharide from the tuber of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.). Methods:The orthogonal tests were employed for optimum of extraction technolygy.The optimum extraction process was choosed by investigate the temperature of water,time of extraction and volume of water,determinate the total polysaccharide contents of plysaccharides from the tuber of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.Results: The temperature of extraction was a significant factor for total polysaccharide contents.The optimum extraction technology was in 80℃ water and 1:60 volume of water for six hours. Conclusion:The experimental results provide the basis for the extraction technology of polysaccharide from the tuber of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.
