摘要
运用包含制度资本的世界经济周期的理论模型,分析了制度资本的转化系数对本国经济波动和世界经济周期的影响,从而证明了一个特别重要的命题,即当制度资本为正且两国“实力”相当或结构对称时,国际制度的建立就可以达到个体理性与集体理性选择的一致。由此,认为要积极主动地推进我国的经济体制改革与政治体制改革,实现制度的“谐振”,以有效地应对世界经济波动的冲击。
This paper not only gives out a model of world business cycle （WBC） of institutional capital, but also a mechanism of WBC affected by the coefficient of institutional capital. At the same time, a very important proposition has been proved that the international institution may coincide the rationality of an individual with the rationality of a whole if game players are all square and institutional capital is more than zero. So, to China, the revolution of economy and politic should be promoted which can realize synchronizing of international institution to deal with an impact of the world economy efficiently.
