摘要
采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的研究方法,解决了汽车保险杠树脂传递模塑成型工艺问题。研究结果表明:注射压力较小树脂充模时间变化较为显著;较低的树脂粘度可以显著提高充模效率,但粘度过低会造成纤维束间流动速度远大于纤维束内流动速度,导致气泡不易排除而引发制件内部各种缺陷。
Automobile bumper resin transfer molding technologies were settled by combining theory analysis and experiment research. The result showed that the resin filling fine chanyed evidently when the pressuee was small. Low viscosity resin can improve the filling efficiency. But too low viscosity resin was cause some bubble defects because of the resin flow velocity between the fibre was higher than that in the fibre.
