摘要
目的:研究局部应用神经节苷脂GM1对兔面神经损伤的修复作用。方法:将18只兔子随机分为实验组和对照组。建立兔面神经损伤后再生的实验模型,外源性给予GM1,分别于术后2周、4周、8周观察面神经的传导速度及组织学变化。结果:术后2周、4周,实验组神经传导速度、有髓神经纤维数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8周,实验组神经传导速度、有髓神经纤维数与对照组差异无统计学意义。结论:兔面神经横断伤后立即应用神经节苷脂GM1对面神经损伤后早期(2周、4周)再生恢复有明显的促进作用。
Objective: To study the effects of ganglioside GM1 on the regeneration of facial nerve. Methods: Eighteen health adult rabbit were divided into two groups (experiment and control) randomly. We established animal models of injury of facial nerve in rabbits. The GM1 was given exogenously. We observed the nerve conduction velocity and histological changes of facial nerve in 2, 4 and 8 weeks after surgery. Results: The statistical difference of nerve conduction velocity and amount of myelinated nerve fibers between two groups were compared. In the experimental group it was superior than that in the control group after 2 and 4 weeks. No difference was found between the experimental and control group after 8 weeks. Conclusion: Proper doses of ganglioside GM, are good for regeneration of facial nerves at the early stage of injury.
