摘要
介绍了一种以32位CPU为控制器的嵌入式数控系统设计,包括系统硬件设计和软件设计。该系统选用三星公司的低功耗S3C4510作为核心,具有数据存储、以太网通讯、LCD显示等功能。该系统具有低功耗、低价位、体积小、可集成到数控机床操作台等特点,是未来经济型数控机床发展的趋势。
This paper presents the design of a numerical control system basing on 32-bits CPU.includeing its design of hardware and software. The ultralow-power S3C4510 produced in SUMSANG Corp has been as the core of this system, and so this system can complete data memorizing, communication by Ethernet, LCD displaying and other functions. Lower power-consuming, lower value and small valume are all its peculiarities. Further moer this control system can integrate with the worktable. This numerical control system will be a tide in economical numerical control system.
