摘要
①目的探讨HLA-I类等位基因与中国汉族人白癜风的相关性。②方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法,检测187例汉族人白癜风患者和252例正常对照组进行HLA-I类等位基因频率。③结果白癜风患者HLA-A*2501、-A*30,-B*13、-B*27与-Cw*0602等位基因频率较对照组显著升高,HLA-A*66等位基因频率则较对照组显著降低;HLA-A*2501、-A*30、-B*13、-B*27与-Cw*0602等位基因频率在泛发型白癜风患者中显著升高。④结论HLA-A*2501、-A*30、-B*13、-B*27与-Cw*0602等位基因可能是白癜风易感基因或与易感基因相连锁;HLA-A*66等位基因可能具有保护作用;局限性、泛发型白癜风在其遗传背景上可能存在差异。
Objective To explore the association of HLA - Ⅰ alleles with vitiligo in Chinese Hans. Methods HLA - Ⅰ allelic frequencies were determined using polymerase chain reaction with sequence - specific primers ( PCR - SSP) in 187 Chinese Han patients with vitiligo and 252 health controls. Results The frequencies of HLA - A*2501, - A* 30, - B * 13, - B * 27 and - Cw * 0602 significantly increased in the patients, while the frequency of HLA - A * 66 decreased when compared with the controls. The alielic frequencies of HLA - A * 2501, - A * 30, - B * 13, - B * 27 and - Cw * 0602 signifearntly increared in the generalized vitiligo. Conclusion Allelic genes may be susceptibbe genes of vitiligo, HLA - A * 66 allelic gene possesses protective effect and there may be a different genetic background among different phenotypes of vitiligo in Chinese Hans.
