摘要
目前因人类经济活动频繁,破坏了鸟类的原栖息地,鸟类在输电线路杆塔构筑鸟巢有增加的趋势。通过对广东东莞110 kV立良线一起鸟害引起的输电线路地线断线事故的探析,指出目前输电线路在设计、运行中存在的不足之处和潜在的安全隐患,并提出若干防止类似事故的对策。
Their original habitats ruined by frequent economic activities of humankind, an increasing number of birds nest on transmission line supports. Upon investigation into a bird-caused earth wire breakage accident of 110kV Liliang Line in Guangdong, China, the deficiencies and hidden safety troubles in design and operation of transmission lines at present are pointed out. Precautions against similar accidents are put forward as well.
