摘要 采用固定床微反应器装置,考察了添加稀土金属(La,Ce)和过渡金属(Zr,Cu)助剂及助剂添加量对甲烷自热重整制氢反应的影响.结果表明:添加稀土金属Ce和过渡金属Zr对Ni基催化剂反应性能有较大的提高;将Ce,Zr按不同的质量比添加到Ni基催化剂中,催化剂性能有很大的改变;Ni/Zr10Ce20A l70Oδ催化剂与Ni/Zr20A l80Oδ、Ni/Ce30A l70Oδ催化剂相比,氢气收率有一定的提高;在Ni/Zr10Ce20A l70Oδ中添加助剂Cu得到的Ni/Cu3Zr10Ce20A l67Oδ具有最好的催化性能,750℃时,CH4转化率达到100%,H2收率为72.9%,且H2的选择性达到100%. The effects of some additives and their dosages on the autothermal reforming of methane to produce hydrogen were investigated using a fixed-bed mieroreaetor. The additives include rare earth metals such as La and Ce and transitional metals such as Zr and Cu. The results show that ( 1 ) the addition of Ce or Zr greatly improves the catalytic performance of Ni catalyst; (2) the catalytic performance of the catalyst promoted by both Ce and Zr in different mass ratio is obviously different from that of the catalyst promoted only by Ce or Zr; (3) as compared with Ni/Zr20Al80Oδ and Ni/Ce30Al70Oδ catalysts, Ni/Zr10Ce20Al70Oδ results in an improved H2 yield; and (4) when Cu is added in Ni/Zr10Ce20Al70Oδ, the new-formed catalyst Ni/Cu3Zr10Ce20Al67Oδ is of the best catalytic performance, with a CH4 conversion of 100% ,a H2 yield of 72.9% and a H2 selectivity of 100% at 750%.
