摘要
在电厂煤粉锅炉中,锅炉送粉管道内的煤粉浓度是一项重要的参数,它直接影响锅炉的燃烧效果.静电法测量煤粉浓度具有耐高温、高湿和抗电磁干扰能力强等特点.介绍了静电产生机理、传输特性、静电式煤粉浓度变送器的组成.模拟沈阳热电厂的实际工况,构建了由风力送粉装置、静电传感器、信号处理电路、数据采集卡及工业控制计算机组成的煤粉浓度在线实时监测系统.实验结果证明:静电传感器电极上产生的感应电荷与煤粉浓度线性相关,静电法用于电站锅炉煤粉浓度测量是可行的.
In the coal powder boiler of power plant, the concentration of coal powder in the pipeline is an important parameter and directly influences the burnable efficiency of the boiler. The electrostatic measuring method for the concentration of coal powder has such characteristics as high temperature and wet resistance as well as good anti-electromagnetism disturbance ability. The generation mechanism and transmission characteristics of static electricity, and the structure of electrostatic coal powder concentration transmitter have been introduced. Through simulating the actual operating condition at the Shenyang Power Station, an online real-time monitoring system for the concentration of coal powder, composed of powder feeding device, electrostatic sensor, signal processing circuit, data acquisition card and industrial controlling computer, was built. The experimental results show that the induced electric charge produced on the electrode of electrostatic sensor is linearly related to the concentration of coal powder, and the electrostatic sensor is available for measuring the concentration of coal powder in the boiler of powder plant.
