摘要
目的研究大豆茎皂苷的药理活性。方法分别采用游泳法、耐缺氧存活时间和骨质疏松模型,观察大豆茎皂苷对小鼠抗疲劳作用、常压耐缺氧作用以及对去势大鼠骨质疏松模型的治疗作用。结果大豆茎皂苷150mg/kg可明显延长小鼠游泳时间,可显著延长小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间;大豆茎皂苷100mg/kg可明显升高骨质疏松模型大鼠骨钙水平;大豆茎皂苷50mg/kg对模型大鼠骨钙亦有一定提升趋势。结论大豆茎皂苷具有明显的抗疲劳、常压耐缺氧作用,对去势大鼠骨质疏松症模型具有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To study the pharmacological activity of soybean stem soyasaponin, Metheds Normobaric hyporia and exhaustive swimming in mice and osteoporosis rats model were used to observe the pharmacological effects of soybean stem soyasaponin. Results Soybean stem soyasaponin 150 mg/kg significantly prolonged the survival time in hyporia and the swimming time of mice and 100 mg/kg in rats improved the syomptom of osteoporosis models, Conclusion Soybean stem soyasaponin has obvious effect on anti-exhaustion and increasing tolerance of oxygen deficit in mice and significant therapy effect on osteoporosis rats.
