摘要
QC83系列矿用隔爆磁力启动器在我国煤矿已使用50余年,国家经贸委在《淘汰落后生产能力、工艺和产品目录》中已明确列出并令立即淘汰,但我国多数煤矿井下仍在继续使用。而替代产品QCZ、QBZ、BQD型真空电磁启动器的操作回路仍为非本安型,在管理使用中存在一些问题,在故障状态下易误启车,造成设备损坏、人员伤亡。文章介绍了解决此问题的对策。
Series QC83 Ex d magnetic starters had used in coal mine for 50 years in our country. It was the replacement product listed in the product catalogue weeded for out - of- date technology and technique, which issued by the national business and economic committee. However, it is still continue in service in some coal mines. In fact, types of QCZ , QBZ and BQD vacuo- electromagnetic starter, substituted for the old ones, have some problems to be solved, for example, the operation loop is non intrinsically safe circuit which is easy to cause mis - starting under fault conditions, damaged the equipments and persons injuries and deaths. In this article, the author presents the countermeasures for such problems.
