毛竹材密实化热压工艺的研究

摘要 采用微波软化技术,对4种竹龄的毛竹材进行处理,通过热压定型,得到密实化竹材。运用正交分析法分析压缩率、热压温度、热压定型时间对密实化竹材的吸水厚度膨胀率和压缩变形恢复率的影响。结果表明:1)随压缩率的增加,吸水厚度膨胀率和压缩变形恢复率显著增大。2)热压温度对吸水厚度膨胀率和压缩变形恢复率也有一定的影响,温度越高,其吸水厚度膨胀率和压缩变形恢复率越小,并且随着温度的升高,竹龄越短其吸水厚度膨胀率和压缩变形恢复率越小。3)热压定型时间对吸水厚度膨胀率和压缩变形恢复率无明显影响。 The study was conducted to make compressed bamboo by hot compressing microwave-softened bamboo of four different ages, during which the effect of compression rate, compress temperature and compress time on thickness swelling and recovery rate from compressive deformation was analyzed through orthogonal experiments. The results showed: (1) Compression rate remarkably affected thickness swelling and recovery rate from compressive deformation, and the higher the compression rate, the bigger the thickness swelling and recovery rate from compressive deformation. (2) Compress temperature and bamboo age affected thickness swelling and recovery rate from compressive deformation in a certain degree, and the higher the compress temperature and the younger the bamboo age, the smaller the thickness swelling and recovery rate from compressive deformation.(3)Compress time affected thickness swelling and recovery rate from compressive deformation insignificantly.
