摘要
研究了在非离子表面活性剂吐温-80和乳化剂OP存在下,于pH8.5缓冲介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与铜试剂显色反应条件。结果表明:配合物的最大吸收波长为453nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.54×104L·mol-1.cm-1,铜(Ⅱ)含量在0~70μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。该法与巯基棉富集分离相结合,应用于天然水及废水中微量铜的测定,结果满意。
he optimum conditions of colour reaction of copperwith the reagent DDTC have been studied. A brown yellow complex is formed from Cu (Ⅱ) and DDTC in thepresenct of Tween-80 and enulgent OP at pH 8. 5. Thecomplex has an absorption maximum at 453 mm. The molar absorptivity is 1. 54×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's lawis obeyed in the concentration range of 0-70μg/25ml ofCu(Ⅱ). Combined with the concentration of Cu (Ⅱ)byusing sulfhydrylc cotton, the proposed method has beenapplied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in natural waterand waste water with satisfactory results.
