P38MAPK信号通路与肾脏纤维化 被引量:1

摘要 有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)是所有真核生物细胞将信号从感受器传递到细胞的主要信号转导通路。P38MAPK属于MAPK的一个亚族。是广泛存在于细胞浆内的含有丝氨酸/苏氨酸残基的蛋白质激酶。通过许多不同的刺激(分裂素、分化因子、应激信号)而激活磷酸化而改变基因的表达水平,参与多种胞内信息传递过程,调节许多病变过程的重要基因表达,参与细胞外基质的合成,介导细胞生长、发育、增殖、分化、老化及死亡全过程。近年研究发现,P38MAPK在肾脏纤维化过程中起一定作用。
