摘要
铝蜂窝芯材的制造有两种方案:成形法和拉伸法。拉伸法适用于厚度小于0.08mm的薄铝板,而目前采用的齿轮式成形辊成形法又存在诸多局限,基于此,探索采用同步带滚压连续成型半蜂窝芯板的可行性。通过对齿轮式单主动辊及双主动辊的实验,观察其成形过程,分析其成形缺陷并在此基础上提出用同步带成形的机理及合理性,构建其成形设备模型。
There are two plans in manufacturing aluminum honeycomb core material:Forming and stretch lawo The stretch law is suitable in the thickness which smaller than 0.08mm,Forming which is now widely used has too much limitations,based on it ,This article explores the feasibility which uses ambulacrum forming half honeycomb, Through the experiment of single ge'ar driving and double gear driving ,Observes its forming process, Analyzes its formed flaw and in this foundation proposes the mechanism and the rationality which use ambulacrum forms it , Constructs its complete installation model
