摘要
文章构建了由信息调研、研发、申请、实施、防卫等五大类型组成的企业专利战略体系,介绍了SWOT分析法,设计了基于SWOT分析的企业专利战略选择流程,并制定了SO、ST、WO、WT四种专利战略方案。
The article designs an Enterprise patent strategy system including patent information organization, technology innovation, application, implementation, and defense strategy five types of enterprise patent strategy. After introducing SWOT Analysis and the decision- making based on SWOT Analysis, and designs a patent strategy choice cycle based on the SWOT Analysis, and formulates SO, ST, WO, WT four types of patent strategy.
