摘要
教育投入与经济发展并不总是协调的。民族贫困地区教育投入与效益回收不对称,究其原因主要是各级教育的地域布局、培养的人才与劳动力市场需求不一致、人力资本流失等因素所致。在教育与经济的联动共生中找到合适的界点,以经济发展吸引和容纳人才,联动教育发展,是民族贫困地区教育与经济可持续发展的适宜策略。
The relationship between educational investment and economic development is not always coordinated. The asymmetric relationship between educational investment and economic development in minority poor region lies in the irrational education region arrangement, the inconsistence between graduate students and market demands and the brain-drain etc. So finding out the suitable media in the course of interaction between education and economy, bringing in and keeping talents by economic development to stimulate the educational development is the appropriated strategy to realize the sustainable development of education and economy in minority region.
