摘要
科学发展观是以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观。科学发展观作为一种全新的发展理念,对于建设社会主义和谐社会具有重要的指导作用。科学发展观在坚持经济、社会和人的全面发展过程中,还必须包括对人的道德素质的提升和健全人格的培养。因此,在高校重视和发挥思想政治工作的作用,进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,是践行科学发展观的必然要求。
The concept of the Scientific View of Development is the human-oriented, all-round, coordinated and sustainable development view. As a kind of totally new developing concept, it plays a very important role in instructing the construction of harmonious socialist society. Besides practicing the overall development of economy, society and human, the Scientific View of Development emphasizes on promoting human＇s ideological qualities and fostering their healthy personalities. Therefore, it is the necessary requirements of practicing the Scientific View of Development to focus on the development of the function of the college ideological and political education, enforce and improve the college ideological and political education.
