摘要
目的:探讨对不合理用药进行实时、有效干预的方法。方法:结合我院实际,分析不合理用药的临床表现、危害及产生原因,以处方统计分析的滞后性为切入点,总结其干预方法。结果与结论:产生不合理用药的原因复杂多样,应综合各种方法加以治理。进行处方分析可发现不合理用药的特点与具体表现,但对其进行干预较滞后,必须实时干预方能奏效。
OBJECTIVE：To discuss the hows to conduct real - time and effective intervention in irrational drug use.METHODS：The clinical manifestations, harms and causes of irrational drug use were analyzed based on the practice in Central Hos pital of Dalian City;the solutions for intervention were summarized against the belated approach of prescription analysis.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： As the causes for irrational drug use vary and tend to be complicated, the solution for intervention should be a combination of various approaches.Prescription analysis can identify the features and manifestations of irrational drug use,but it is a belated approach to intervention,Real- time intervention must be conducted to make it work.
