摘要
针对大庆油田萨中开发区现行找堵水工艺存在的问题,大庆油田第一采油厂和北京华油奥依尔技术开发有限公司联合开发出压控开关找堵水工艺技术。该技术的YKKG压控开关通过接收地面加压指令进行开关动作,实现井下任意分卡层段的开启或关闭,在正常泵抽状态下可获得任意层段(或组合层段)的产量和含水数据,直接实施找堵水工艺,实现在生产状态下分层试采(配产)、分层试堵。该技术在1个区块适当分布,还可清楚地掌握该区块的剩余油分布情况,为制定开采方案提供依据。通过18口井的现场试验,验证了压控开关找堵水工艺技术的实用性和可靠性,取得了增油、降水的良好效果。
For the problem existing in current water locating and plugging technology in Sazhong Development Zone in Daqing Oilfield, the water locating and plugging technology with pressure-controlled switch is developed. The YKKG pressure-controlled switch used in the technology works by receiving the surface-pressured instructions, realizing the opening and shutting of any separately-isolating zone. The production rate and water cut of any zone or combined zones can be obtained under normal pumping condition and the water locating and plugging technology can be implemented directly. The separate-layer trial production and trial plugging can be realized under the production state. Through the suitable distribution of the technology in a block, the distribution of residual oil can be known clearly, providing basis for formulating production scheme. The field test in 18 wells examines the practicality and reliability of the technology, achieving good result of oil increment and water decrease.
