摘要
通过国际比较和建立计量经济模型,研究我国公共教育投资的分配结构,得出的结论是:目前,我国基础教育公共投资水平明显偏低,高等教育投资的负担结构不尽合理,个人承担的部分偏低。因此,在义务教育还没有完全普及的情况下,国家还应当加强对初等教育的投资力度。
Through international comparison and using econometric method ,study China's distribution structure of public educational investment, and demonstrate that the input level of China's elementary education is lower than international average level. It also draws a conclusion that the personal investment in higher education is not enough. So, in a situation that compulsory education has not been totally popularized yet, government should increase the input into elementary education.
