摘要
针对在制作汽车覆盖件模具的过程中,模型精修加工时存在手工打磨精度差、人为因素多等问题,提出了一种新的加工方法,该方法是通过对三坐标测量机进行简单改装,把测量头改装成球头铣刀,使其同时具有五轴联动数控机床的功能,既可检测又可以进行模型精修。研究并建立了它的动力学模型,并在ADAMS软件系统中进行了动力学性能分析。结果证明,该机构可以实现曲面加工,有效地解决了目前精修时存在的问题,提高了加工精度和效率,并且节约了设备投资。
In order to resolve the problems on milling ear model used to fabricate mold by manual finishing which usually result in low precision, man - made factors greatly, a new machining method was advanced. The three coordinate measure machine was changed to have an additional function of numerical control machine through replacing the measure top with milling cutter, furthermore, the dynamics equation was founded, and the dynamics performance was analyzed in ADAMS. The results show that the new method can mill curved surface effectively and settle actual problem, and increase the precision and efficiency. In addition the method saves the equipment investment.
