摘要
报道高温环境对腹腔巨噬细胞表面C3b受体的影响.将91只SD大鼠随机分为七组:①受热1h(40.0±0.5℃)组,②单纯游泳组(30.0—32.0℃),③受热1h(40.0±0.5℃)延期4h)(室温)活杀组,④受热1h(40.0±0.5℃)延期24h(室温)活杀组,⑤受热2h(40.0±0.5℃)组,⑥受热1h(40.0±0.5℃)加游泳(30.0~32.0℃)组,⑦对照组(室温)。处死各组大鼠,以绵羊红细胞作花环试验检测腹腔巨噬细胞表面C3b受体。结果显示:①、②、③、④组花环率分别为11.98±4.40,11.30±3.13,12.14±4.26及11.75±3.30,与⑦组(11.38±3.22)比较无明显差异(P>0.05);⑤、⑥组花环率分别为8.30±3.05和14.31±4.81,与⑦组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。本实验通过模拟高温环境,以了解高温环境对机体巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响程度。
This paper reports the effect of high temperature on C 3b receptors on the surfaces of macrophages in abdominal cavity.91 SD rates were randomly divided into 7 groups:①1-hour treated group(40.0±0.5℃),②swimming group(30~32℃),③1 hour treated group(40.0±0.5℃)then staying at room temperature for 4 hours,④1 hour treated group(40.0±0.5℃)then staying at room temperature for 24hours,⑤2 hour treated group(40.0±0.5℃),⑥1 hour treated group (40.0±0.5℃)then swimming(30~32℃)and⑦the control group and after treating all the SD rates were killed for C 3b acfivities detection.The results showed that the RBC rosette formation rates for groups①,②.③and ④were 11.98±4.4,11.30±3.13,12.14±4.26 and 11.75±3.3respectively,compared to that of the control there was no significant difference ( P >0.05);and that for groups⑤and⑥being 8.30±3.05 and 14.31±4.81,showing significant difference with that of the control( P <0.01)and RBC rosette formation rate for group 5 is decreased significently while that for group 6 is increased markedly.By this mimic experiment it is evident that environment temperature change has certain degree influencing the immune function of macrophages of rats and hence hygenic instruction to health care for those who are working in high temperature can be suggested for reference.
