吸入丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂每日1000微克对支气管哮喘患者肾上腺皮质功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价吸入丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂每日1000μg疗程6个月对支气管哮喘患者肾上腺皮质功能的影响。方法非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者30例,病情严重程度均为治疗前重度持续。均给予吸入沙美特罗,丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂(商品名:舒利迭,剂量:50μg/500μg)每日2次,疗程6个月。吸入治疗前后分别测定患者早晨8时的血浆皮质醇。结果30例患者吸入治疗前和治疗6个月后测得的早晨8时血浆皮质醇值分别为(223.04±77.70)μg/L和(193.54±74.64)μg/L,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.16),且患者吸入治疗6个月后的早晨8时血浆皮质醇值在正常范围内。结论吸入丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂每日1000μg疗程6个月对支气管哮喘患者的肾上腺皮质功能未产生明显抑制作用。 Objective To evaluate the influence of inhaled fluticasone propionate dry powder 1000 μg daily for six months on the functions of adrenal cortex in bronchial asthmatic patients. Methods Thirty bronchial asthmatic patients in stable stage were enrolled and all of them were severe persistent before treatment. All the patients inhaled salmeteral/fluticasone propionate dry powder (seretide,50 μg500 μg )twice daily for six months. Plasma cortisol levels at 8:00 Am. All the patients were detected before and after the inhaled treatment. Results Plasma cortisol levels at 8:00 Am. All the patients before and after the inhaled treatment were(223.04 ± 77.70) μg/L and ( 193.54 ± 74.64) μg/L, respoctively(P=0.16). Plasma cortisel levels of these patients after the inhaled treatment were within normal range. Conclusions Inhaling fluticasone propionate dry powder 1000 μg daily for six months has no significant suppression on adrenal cortex functions in bronchial asthmatic patients.
