左束支传导阻滞的临床意义 被引量：7

摘要 左束支传导阻滞（LBBB）指心脏电冲动经希氏束向下，经左前、左后分支传导时发生延迟或阻滞，激动由右心室经室间隔传入左心室，导致左心室激动明显延迟。1909年Eppinger和Rothberger首次提出束支传导阻滞（BBB）作为传导系统异常的概念，其后的20年间对于区分LBBB及右束支传导阻滞（RBBB）仍存在困惑。LBBB的心电图表现：（1）QRS时限0．12S或0．12s以上。（2）Ⅰ导联R波宽大或有切迹，S波常不存在。（3）V5、V6导联R波宽，有切凹或呈双重R波，无Q波。
