摘要
讨论了聚乳酸/黄麻层压型复合材料的实验制备方法,通过改变聚乳酸与黄麻纤维的质量分数、黄麻纤维铺向角和铺层顺序等条件制备复合材料,分析这些条件对复合材料拉伸、弯曲和冲击等性能的影响。研究表明,当PLA/黄麻的质量分数为0.6∶0.4和铺向角为45°时,其复合材料分别有较好的力学性能。
Processing technics and Mechanical behaviors of PLA and jute composite are studied. The tensile, flexural and impact strength of samples are investigated, which have different PLA/jute fiber contents and jute fibers directions. The results show that the composite with jute fiber contents of 40 wt% or with jute fibers direction at 45°have the better tensile, flexural and impact strength than the others.
