摘要
研究了聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton-X-100)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下铅的碘络阴离子与孔雀石绿的三元络合物的显色体系,在磷酸介质中,该三元络合物被苯萃取,其λmax=638nm,摩尔吸光数ε=5.67X10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铅离子的浓度在0~6mg·L^-1范围内符合比耳定律。用于葛根中微量铅的测定,结果令人满意。
Studied the polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether (Triton- X- 100) and the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) under the existunee the lead idodine complex anion and the malachite green complex of three Yuan compounds colored systems, in the phosphoric acid medium, this complex of three Yuan compounds is extracted by the benzene, its max lamda is 638nm, the mole of extinction number epsilon is 5.67×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1, the lead ion density scope tallies in 0 -6mg·L^-1 in the compares the ear law. The method uses determination of the trace lead in the Kudzu root, the result is satisfying.
