复方甘草酸苷对抗结核药物性肝损害的疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察复方甘草酸苷对抗结核化疗而引起的药物性肝损害的疗效。方法87例初治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均应用“2H3R3Z3E3(S3)/4H3R3”方案抗结核化疗,观察组加用复方甘草酸苷,对照组加用肝泰乐。结果观察组在肝功能改善方面优于对照组(P<0·05);观察组与对照组总有效率分别89·4%、67·5%、(P<0·01)。结论复方甘草酸苷可显著降低初治菌阳肺结核患者的抗结核药物性肝损害,减少因抗结核药所致肝损害而造成的不规则化疗。 Objective To observe the effect of using compound glyeyrrhizin in treatment of tuberculosis patients who had liver damage as result of using anti-tuberculosis medication. Methods Eighty-seven sputum-positive TB patients who had had initial TB treatment were randomly divided into two groups : observation group and control group. Both groups received the anti - TB treatment of using 2H3R3Z3E3 (S3)/4H3R3. The patients in the observation group, in addition, also received the medication of compound glyeyrrhizin, whereas the patients the control group was given TSM. Results The improvement of liver functions was more pronounced in the observation group than that in the controls: P 〈 0. 05. The overall effectiveness rates for the observation and control groups were, respectively, 89. 4% and 67.5% :P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion Compound glyeyrrhizin can effectively reduce the liver damage as result of using anti - tuberculosis medication and thus prevent irregular chemotherapy in TB patients.
