128株肠球菌的临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究医院感染肠球菌的分布及对常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法常规培养分离的肠球菌用MicroScanWorkAway40全自动细菌鉴定/药敏分析仪进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果128株肠球菌分离自各种感染性标本,其中分泌物57株(占44.5%)、尿液29株(占22.6%)、引流液22株(占17.2%),呼吸道标本(痰液/气管抽吸物/咽拭子)12株(占9.4%)、胆汁8株(占6.3%);粪肠球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、四环素、红霉素、环丙沙星耐药率分别为22.2%、16.7%、61.1%、83.3%、54.2%;屎肠球菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、四环素、红霉素、环丙沙星耐药率分别为76.0%、72.0%、56.0%、86.0%、64.0%,所有肠球菌均未发现万古霉素耐药菌株;肠球菌对高浓度庆大霉素和链霉素耐药率已达50%以上。结论临床感染肠球菌主要为粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌,它们对多种抗生素不同程度耐药且均呈多重耐药,屎肠球菌耐药率明显高于粪肠球菌,应采取有效措施控制医院肠球菌感染。
