摘要
[目的]了解杭州市拱墅区托幼机构消毒质量，预防和控制儿童传染病的发生和传播。[方法]对2003～2005年拱墅区托幼机构的消毒效果的卫生检测资料进行分析。[方法]2003～2005年共检测样品803份，合格772份，合格率为96。14％，不同年份间合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]合格率较高，但私营托幼机构的一些检测指标合格率低于公办托幼机构，需加强监督管理。
[Objective]To understand the quality of disinfection in nurseries in Gongshu district of Hangzhou municipality,in order to prevent and control the child infectious disease,[Methods]To analyze the data of disinfection detection in Gongshu district from 2003 to 2005. [Results]803 samples were tested from,772 were qualified, the qualified rate was 96.14 %. Between different years, the qualified rate difference had statistic significance （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The qualified rate of disinfection in nurseries was higher, but the qualified rate of some detection targets in privately runned nurseries was much lower than the state-owned ones, the surveillance and supervision should be strengthened on them.
