通络方防治肾小球硬化的药效学研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨通络方对肾小球硬化大鼠模型的治疗作用及其作用机理。方法观察治疗组大鼠肾功能、血脂、血液黏稠度、24h尿蛋白定量及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)浓度的变化。结果与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠肾功能、血液黏稠度明显改善,血脂2、4 h尿蛋白定量及血浆AngⅡ浓度明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论通络方可明显改善肾小球硬化大鼠肾功能,其作用机理可能与降低血脂、血液黏稠度和血浆AngⅡ浓度有关。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and the mechanism of Tongluo recipe on treatment of glomerular sclerosis in model rats. Methods To observe the change of renal function , blood-lipid, blood hypercoagulability, proteinuria/24h and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) of rats with glomerular sclerosis in treatment group. Results Campare with model group, the bloodlipid, blood hypercoagulability, AngⅡ and proteinuria/24 h lower obviously in treatment group( P〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion Tongluo recipe can improve the renal function of glomerulor sclerosis in rats, and the machanism mybe has relation with the lower of the blood-lipid, blood hypercoagulability, AngⅡ.
