摘要
目的探讨益气脱敏法对变应性鼻炎患者血清IgEI、L-4含量的影响,及寻求二者相关性。方法总结31例实验组患者服用益气固表脱敏汤治疗疗效(症状积分),并选取12例非变应性鼻炎住院病人设为对照组,测定治疗前后IgE和IL-4水平,且将资料进行统计学分析。结果实验组变应性鼻炎患者在用药前、后比较,血清中IgE浓度和IL-4浓度明显下降(P<0.01),而实验组用药前与对照组比较,IgE浓度和IL-4浓度明显增高。结论IgE及IL-4参与了变应性鼻炎的免疫发病过程。益气固表脱敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎具有确切疗效,有抑制浆细胞产生IgE及IL-4的功能。血清IgE和IL-4相关性分析中证实二者具有相关性,说明IL-4具有诱导产生IgE并调控IgE的作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of qi invigoration and desensitization method on the contents of serum IgE and IL-4 in patients with allergic rhinitis and into the relationship between the two. METHOD Thirty one patients treated with Yiqi Gubiao Tuomin Decoction were compared with 12 patients with non - allergic rhinitis as the control in the investigation. RESULT In the experimental group, the serum IgE and IL-4 concentration dropped markedly （P 〈 0.01） while this concentration was much higher than that in the control group before the treatment. CONCLUSION IgE and IL-4 play a part in the immunopathological process of allergic rhinitis. Yiqi Gubiao Tuomin Decoction can inhibit the function of the plasma cells to produce IgE and IL-4. The correlation analysis of serum IgE and IL-4 has shown that the two are related, indicating the effect of IL-4 to induce and regulate IgE.
