松树皮原花青素的抗肿瘤作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的对松树皮原花青素的体内外抗肿瘤作用进行研究。方法采用MTT比色法观察松树皮原花青素体外对多种人肿瘤细胞株的抑制作用,采用小鼠移植性肿瘤模型考察了松树皮原花青素对小鼠S180肉瘤和EAC腹水癌的抑制作用。结果松树皮原花青素对多种人肿瘤细胞均有较强的抑制作用,最高抑制率达60%左右;松树皮原花青素200 mg/kg的剂量能显著抑制小鼠S180肉瘤的生长,抑瘤率达42.3%,但其对EAC腹水癌小鼠的生存时间无明显影响。结论松树皮原花青素体内外均有一定的抗肿瘤作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the in vivo and in vitro anti- tumor effect of pine bark procyanidins. METHOD MTT chromatometry was adopted to observe the inhibiting effect of pine bark procyanidins on multiple human tumor cell strains and mice tumor models were used to study the inhibiting effect on mice S180 sarcoma and EAC ascites carcinoma.RESULT Pine bark procyanidins had inhibiting effect on a number of human tumor ceils, with the maximum inhibiting rate of 60%. At the dosage of 200 mg/kg, it could markedly inhibit the growth of mice S180 sarcoma, with an inhibiting rate of 42.3%. However, had no marked effect on the survival time of mice with EAC ascites carcinoma. CONCLUSION Pine bark procyanidins has certain in vivo and in vitro anti-tumor effect.
