摘要
电子变压器的精确参数值对电力电子电路来说是非常重要的,研究时常将分布参数等效成集中参数。在开关状态下变压器的多值非线性、分布效应和趋肤接近效应都更加凸显,测量方法直接关系到参数值的测算结果。本文提出了通过额定电压满负载条件下阶跃响应来间接地测算常规模型中的集中参数的方法,仿真结果较好地吻合了实验波形,明显优于常规的测算方法。文中还从仿真元素度量的准确度评判、阶跃激励下的物理过程和变压器实验时的电磁环境等角度对测算方法作了较详细的分析比较。
Parameter accuracy of electronic transformer is very important in power electronic systems. The distributed parameters are often lumped in the studies. In switching state, the multi-valued non-linearity, distribution effect, skin effect and approach effect of the transformer become more significant. It makes the lumped parameter estimate more difficult. Based on the step response of transformer with rated load, an indirect method for the lumped parameter estimate is developed in the Paper. Simulation results shown that, compared with conventional methods, better approximation was achieved. Further studies such as metrological examination on the parameter estimate accuracy, step response analysis, electro-magnetic environment analysis, are also presented.
