摘要
为了解决焊接逆变电源中出现的电流严重畸变问题,提出了一种新颖的控制技术,即对三相大功率焊接逆变电源采用功率因数校正技术。提出了有源功率因数校正(APFC)的新方案,并采用单周期控制技术进行了分析和研究,为了提高整个电路的效率和开关损耗,在APFC主电路中运用了软开关技术,最后通过仿真和实验验证了所提方案的的可行性。
Three-phase active power factor correction(APFC) is introduced to solve the current distortion problem of arc welding inverter in the paper, and a new nonlinear control method such as one-cycle concrol for three-phase rectifier is analysed. Soft switch technique is used in APFC circuit to increase the efficiency of circuit and reduce switching loss. Simulation and experiment results prove that the new method is feasible to deal with the above mentioned problems.
