摘要
介绍了2006年NPRA年会报道的炼油工业适应原油变化和确保产品供应的技术措施,主要包括应对原油资源劣质化和重质化的技术措施,应对超低硫柴油供应的技术措施,应对清洁汽油供应的技术措施以及提高催化裂化效益和降低其污染物排放的技术措施等。从这些措施可以看出,多数炼油厂通过对现有技术进行改进或优化组合来提高其灵活性,从而确保市场供应和提高经济效益。
Technical measures for meeting the crude oil variation and product supply in petroleum refining industry reported in 2006 NPRA Meeting are introduced, The technical measures include facing the trends of crude oil more inferior and heavier; supply of ultra-low sulfur diesel and clean gasolines and increasing the economic effect and reducing the pollutant exhaustion. After taking these measures, most of the refineries have increased the flexibility by improving their current technologies or optimizing the process integration, which insuring the market supply and boosting the economic effect.
