摘要
通过文献资料法、系统分析法等,论述了优秀排球教练员应具备的素质与能力,其素质包括思想品德素质、博深的理论知识、精深的专业技能与丰富的经验、刚毅、沉着的个性心理品质;其能力包括独具慧眼选材能力、卓越的组织与实施训练的能力、高超的比赛指挥能力、强烈的科研意识与能力、创新能力、球队的教育与管理能力。
By documentary materials and systematic analysis, this paper expounds the quality and competence an excellent volleyball coach should possess. The quality concerned consists of ideological virtue, profound theoretical knowledge, specialty techniques and experiences as well as a resolute personality. The competence concerned consists of the competence to select, to organize and to train athletes and to conduct a match, a strong desire for scientific research, and the ability in renovation and management.
