摘要 激光电子测距仪是一种典型的光机电精密测量仪器。本文讨论了近年来快速发展的直接数字频率合成(DirectDigital Synthesizer)技术在现代激光电子测距仪中的应用。设计并实现了一种基于DDS和模拟锁相环(Phase-Locked Loop)的混合式频率合成系统,能够快速、有效地合成不同频率的正弦波用来调制半导体激光器。由于提高了测尺频率和测尺数目,利用该频率合成系统的激光电子测距仪的测量距离和测量精度都得到较大改善。 The Laser electronic distance measuring (EDM) system is a kind of typical opto-electronic precision instrument. This paper discussed the application of rapidly advancing direct digital synthesizing (DDS) techniques in the domain of modern laser-based distance metrology. A new hybrid frequency concept based on DDS and phase-locked loop (PLL) is proposed and implemented for a phase-based EDM. The new frequency system can generate varying frequency signals rapidly with a high accuracy. Due to the increased number of measuring frequencies, both measuring range and accuracy of the EDM are much improved.
