摘要
以发展观作为研究视角,揭示了经济法的公平、正义和可持续发展的价值内核,论证了经济法的价值与和谐社会的内涵具有内在的一致性,并指出经济法是构建和谐社会的重要法律保障机制,经济法的价值在构建和谐社会的进程中得以实现。
This paper reveals that equity, justice and sustainable development are the internal value of economic law from the perspective of development theory and illustrates the internal consistency between the value of economic law and the essence of a harmonious society. Economic law is an important guarantee for constructing a harmonious society. The value of economic law is realized in the process of constructing a harmonious society.
