摘要
文章对山东东营盐场,辽宁瓦房店盐场,美国大盐湖,西藏双湖,俄罗斯Yaroyoe湖,新疆艾比湖等10个不同品系的卤虫Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期无节幼体分别进行体长和个体干重的生物学测定实验。实验结果表明10个不同品系卤虫无节幼体的生物学测定值存在不同程度的差异。其中,以西藏双湖品系的个体最大,两期幼体体长分别高达540.3μm和719.2μm。各品系Ⅱ期无节幼体个体干重均低于Ⅰ期无节幼体,失重率在17.2%-35.5%。通过卤虫Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期无节幼体从体长、个体干重等方面的对比,说明在水产养殖上卤虫Ⅰ期无节幼体是鱼虾幼苗的最佳开口饵料。
The Strains of Artemia cysts were collected from different habitats including Dongying saitwork, Wafangdian saitwork, Great Salt Lake, Shuanghu of Tibet, Yaroyoe lake of Russia and so on. Biological parameters, including the body length of instar Ⅰ and instar Ⅱ of Artemia nauplii have been studied in this paper. The results show that there are significant differences in several biometricai parameters among the ten strains through the determination. The individual of Tibet strains is the largest of all. The body length of instar Ⅰ and instar Ⅱ reach to 540.31μm and 719.2μm. The dry weight of instar Ⅱ is lower than instar Ⅰ. The losting rate range from 17.2% to 35.5%. Compared with the instar Ⅰ and instar Ⅱ through the body length and dry weight, the results show that instar Ⅰ of Artemia nauplii is optimal food for fish and shrimp larvae on the aquaculture.
