利用无毒絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁净化渤海湾海水的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用无毒凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS),通过对渤海湾海水进行絮凝实验确定了达到最佳絮凝效果的实验条件:在快速搅拌混合1min后,搅拌转数(慢速)改为50r/min,PFS加入量为30mg/L,温度15℃-25℃。采用这些实验条件,在100t/d海水净化工艺中连续运行并考核,结果表明:絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)有效去除渤海湾海水中总固溶物、悬浮物和降低有机物的含量,能够保证处理后海水浊度≤4NTU。故此能够为大规模渤海湾海水净化工艺提供有效的技术支持。 The experiment of flocculation using non - toxic PFS dealed with the seawater in Bohai Bay in six - series fuctuating agitator. By means of the experiment confirmed the optimal condition of flocculation: After mixing quickly about one minute, agitation velocity slowly was 50r/min, concentration of PFS was 30mg/L, the temperature was 15℃-25℃. Using the experiment condition, on the basis of running and checking continuously on 100t/d sea water purification craft, the result indicated that PFS can effectively get rid of total dissolved solid matter and suspension, and reduce the concentration of organism. The turbid degree of output seawater is less than 4NTU. This result can effectively give tech support on large - scale seawater purification craft in Bohai Bay.
