摘要
在阻尼模态分析理论的基础上,采用了有限元分析软件ANSYS8.0参数化建模和优化设计模块进行计算,与实验相结合对主轴结合部参数进行识别,达到了满意的效果.并利用了其识别的结果,进行主轴的动态特性分析,利用动态分析结果来指导以后主轴部件的主轴设计.
Basing in the damping modal analysis theory foundation, has used the finite element analysis software ANSYS 8.0 parameterizing modeling and the optimized design module carries on the computation, unifies with the experiment to the main spindle joint parameter carries on the recognition. It has achieved the satisfactory effect. And using its recognition result, carries on the main spindle dynamic analysis, will instruct the later main spindle components using the dynamic analysis result the main spindle design.
