摘要
在硫氰酸铵分光光度法分析金属钨的基础上建立了N i-W合金镀液中WO42-的测定方法,考察并排除了镀液组成(N i2+、络合剂)、显色剂等对测试精度的影响。实验结果表明,该分析方法灵敏度高,误差小(低于3%),适用于研究室及工业生产中的分析。
A new method of the analysis of tungsten content in Ni-W plating bath was established on the base of the traditional ammonium thiocyanate spectrophatometric analysis for tungsten. The influences of other components on absorbency were analyzed and eliminated. The result indicates that the method has high sensitivity (less than 0. 2 g/L) and the error was less than 3 percent.
